Strength is valuable when training for a high-altitude hunt, but cardio abilities will drive you forward. Cardio encourages more efficient use of oxygen, handy on the mountain. I have trained professionally for years as a hockey coach and a hunter. These two sports have much in common, requiring strength, cardio, and resistance training. 

High Country hunting is a thrill, but pursuing a game like elk, mule deer, or grouse through steep terrain can be challenging, even for a fit hunter. Join me as I help hunters prepare for high altitude, heavy packs, and trip endurance demands. Whether bow hunting or rifle, having the strength and stamina to bring home your prize catch is a workout, so training with me helps prepare you for success.
